Designs for individual clients have ranged from small alterations and additions to large bespoke homes. Major projects include residences on acreage & waterfront properties and numerous townhouse, dual occupancy and small commercial developments.

Our fees can be based on hourly rates or by project. We never overcharge. We never go over budget. And we often exceed clients’ expectations.
